We have never experienced an unauthorized transaction nor has any customers' financial information been compromised.
shipping Policy:
Typically, we use UPS GROUND to ship all coffee products. Our default method includes: Residential-no signature needed, Commercial-signature required. In addition, we reserve the right to use USPS in the event that a contingency is needed.
Free Shipping offers are extended periodically and are subject to change. Currently, Free Shipping is offered, on all orders totaling $50.00 and more, for orders placed at our Online Store, exclusively.
RETURN Policy:
Any customer can return the unused portion of any WHOLE BEAN product within 30 days of order for a full refund of the price of the coffee, for any reason whatsoever. Because of the myriad requirements of auto-drip, press pot, percolators, etc., this does not extend to any pre-ground coffee product.
Credit Card Payment policy:
Online payments are not processed until customer's order ships.
