The Koobi Fora brand is the first that I created back in 1999 for personal use. It takes its name from a very important archeological dig in Kenya. When people ask me which coffee is my favorite, and my stock answer of "I love all of my children" fails to satisfy, I admit that "The Koo" is my first born.
