What is returnable and how do I return an item?
No questions asked return policy.

We will accept returns, for full refund of original price, on all whole bean products within 14 days of invoice date for any reason.
Pre-Ground coffee products are not refundable / replaceable at any time unless we made a mistake fulfilling the order.

If we make a mistake with quantity, coffee type and configuration, we will send the correct order and you are free to do with the original shipment as you please...Use it, Gift it and know that we strive to get it right.
