If we make a mistake with quantity, coffee type and configuration, etc., we will send the correct order and you are free to do with the original shipment as you please...Use it, gift it and know that we strive to get it right.

We accept unopened, whole bean returns within 10 days of invoice date, for any reason. Unless a mistake was made by us, there is a 6% fee due to the traditional bank's two transaction fees (original and refund). If PayPal was used, there is a 7% fee.

Pre-Ground coffee products cannot be returned for refund unless we made a mistake fulfilling the order. In the case of our mistake, keep the product to do as you please and we'll send the correct order immediately.
